I'd say that's taking a lot of that interaction out of context. But why use actual transcripts when we can let people cherry pick quotes for us. Trump is his own worst enemy, and I for one wouldn't expect this type of conversation to go any other way for him. But he didn't outright say Carroll "enjoyed" being sexually assaulted, he did however misunderstand what she said and as usual did a poor job communicating that.

"In fact, I think she said it was sexy, didn’t she? She said it was very sexy to be raped. Didn’t she say that?"

This is basically, unless I am misunderstanding, complaining that people aren't fair and balanced when they post. Which is taking a statement that was never made and then holding certain, not all, members accountable for it.
