Here is a case in point, of how ‘minions’ can not think for themselves.

I just received a notice from the ‘Kansas Turnpike Authority’, that I ‘ran’ their K-TAG land and owe them money.
I called the number listed, (had to press 4 buttons, then wait 20 min to get a live person).
Gave them the information that the truck was sold to Waconia Ford in Waconia Mn. A month before the infraction.

I was told to make a scan of that transaction and e-mail it to them.
I said, That assumes I have a Scanner, a e-mail account, and a computer.
She said: Just take a photo of it with your phone and messenger it.
I said, that assumes I have a ‘smart’ phone and a carrier account.
She said: Just make a copy of it, and send it to us via the post office.

I told her I have no intention of spending the effort to do your job.
I have given you the information, the phone number of Waconia Ford, the date of the transaction.
It is your responsibility to collect information from the company/person responsible.

I am not responsible for Minn DOT, not transferring the Lic Plate Number.
I am not responsible for Waconia Ford, not doing the correct or timely paperwork.
I am not responsible for the unknown person who drove your Turnpike and did not pay.

And the person on the phone for K-Tag said:
  “Well then you will just be getting more notifications”
(With the ‘voice’ INFERENCE that I will ‘pay, if I don’t do, what I was Told to do)

That person apparently can ONLY do what they are TOLD to do, and have no ability to THINK for themselves. Because there, ‘boss’ has decided that K-TAG, can accuse/collect from anybody, any way they want, even AFTER all pertaining information has been given to them.

Thus the, You are wrong, You must pay, You must do what I say, You Must - etc.etc.etc.
