Have you guys seen this tiny chain saw?

I've been looking at it for Three days and just can't decide how I feel about it.
Kinda pricey for something that probably wouldn't get used That often, unless you're a serial killer and, well, you get it.. I can see where a guy like me could use it, since so many little trees have been growing up around a storage building and the physical labor required to get them cut off.
What do the chains cost? Will it last long enough to Need a new one?

To be honest, I am not seriously considering Paying that much for something like this.
For that money I could hire them chopped out. Or just poison the crap out of them and wait until I'm able to get the backhoe over there and yank them out.

Anyway, if it's something you haven't seen, here it is.
Tell me what you think.

So you guys were just as impressed as I was. I was hoping for a bit more of a response, but the absolute Zero response is enough. I wasn't planning on getting one anyway.
Ron Popeil coulda had them on the market for a hundred bucks.

Yeah he took a circular saw to his hand a few years ago
He had a video of it but I wouldn’t know how to find it.

I've used one once and was amazed at how well it worked. I don't remember what brand it was.
I found that with dry wood the chain dulled quickly. And the battery drained quickly.
Handy thing for when you have a small job and don't feel like cutting by hand or if you have trouble reaching something with a hand saw.

The biggest downside is that it doesn't do anything for your image.
And you're already riding around on a slightly small motorcycle. So I would be careful with it.

 I wouldn't get one.

I would use a Sawzall for small chops before I'd use a LASIEYO.

The owners don't seem impressed,, and that is too much money for something that would be either used occasionally and doesn't exactly promise to handle a heavier schedule.
I'm old. My tools run on air or an extension cord. I wish the recip saw was battery powered,, I do have a craftsman set, a cell and1/4" impact. Those things are So handy.
If you don't have one of those things and you work on stuff, get ya summathat. But before you buy any battery powered tool, think about what else you are gonna be wanting. Try to find a manufacturer that has all the battery powered tools you will want, so you don't wind up with a buncha chargers on a shelf.

Yeah, I can drag a cord out to the storage building and buzz the little trees off,,

There might be a place for that little chain saw in someone's life, but even If it was dependable, a Sawsall solves more problems, because it SawsAll kindsa stuff, but they are bigger and heavier. A day of stomping through brush, up and down hills, then that little chain saw might just justify its existence. Just because something doesn't work, like that guy said about the trigger, doesn't mean it Can't. I've repaired the trigger on tools.

Some of our clients will not allow us to use a machete on their sites and easements due to safety concerns. One safety incident will make their casualty insurance rates skyrocket.
