The conclusions in this article don't hold up. I'm using the times that are known, hoping they are actually what the cops released.
Would have been nice if the ever so professional Witness1 had looked at his Timex when he was hearing the banging. Or,they could just release the footage.
I'm kinda curious about how the guy breaks into the house and Finds Pelosi, in a place that has more than a Coupla rooms, they have a conversation, Pelosi manages to call Kings X,get to the bathroom, call the cops, and so little time has passed. Not saying impossible, just, really? But, let's move on.

The first report I saw had Pelosi saying first

He's a friend isn't in the FBI report.

In this report we get mention of the guy being in his drawers.
But in another we get a list of items removed from the right front pocket of his shorts
And Witness1 said he saw a guy dressed all in black, with a large backpack.
The Yahoo article said
DePape told police in a separate interview that once he was inside the home, he wanted to tie up Paul Pelosi so he could sleep because he was "tired from having had to carry a backpack." DePape allegedly took out zip ties from his pocket so he could restrain Paul Pelosi, but Pelosi moved to another part of the house. DePape allegedly stopped him and they went back into the bedroom.
That would line up with Witness1 saying he saw a guy dressed in black, carrying a large backpack.
The When the break in actually happened is not established, IMO. It's available, but so far, Witness1 hasn't done anything to prove anything.
