Even if the staff are armed, killers are gonna kill. Maybe they change targets. Hit office buildings, or set up from a distance and see how many people in the stadium they can get.

I would make a 60mph maximum nationwide speed limit.
I would have graduated licensing for young people.
No children on Hyabusa's or 700hp sports cars.

Before you go calling me a commie, socialist... keep in mind that we already have speed limits and licenses requirements and there are vehicles that aren't allowed on roads.

In the 60's a 650cc bike was a big bike,... a muscle car was any car that could do 0-60 in less than 7 seconds, they had 300 to 400hp.
We now have 0-60 times under 3 seconds and hp's over 1,000.
When does it stop?

Over 400hp... I would ban.  Maybe over 300hp.
Who needs it?
