I never spent any time checking to see if dolls were Anatomically Correct, but I did get to see Eddy Murphy pull the pants down on his Michael Jackson doll, showing smooth plastic, the punch line being

Planeta Igrushek had one back in 2020.

This one is not retail, it is a female head placed on the male body of what appears to be a Toys “R” Us’ - You & Me Mommy Change My Diaper Doll - from 2014.

Now Mattel did actually make a retail "Transgender" version of Barbie modeled after Laverne Cox. So if that thing bothers people at least the Barbie one is a real marketed item and not someone on Twitter posting to agitate the masses.

Transgender BARBIE? You're kidding, right? HoLeeCrap.. As much as that is just sick,it's so funny. Did they do the Homeless Barbie,with the Cardboard Castle and the shopping cart for her Things? How about Strung Out Barbie, with some weed eater fuel line for tourniquet, A little spoon and syringe, and a candle, Give her tracks, do it right!
