Apparently the way I lived was pretty hard on everything in the lumbar region. The plan is to replace two disks with titanium spacers and fuse other places, using three rods and six screws. The disks,coupled with arthritic growth in the vertebrae has constricted the open space the spinal column is in. They call it stenosis. It's So small of an opening that it's putting pressure on nerves. From knee to ankle it feels like something is crawling on me. Pain radiates around the pelvic area to the point of the pelvis and sometimes on around to the soft spot between thigh and gut. Two days ago it was not being so mean and I may have enjoyed that more than I should have, because Now it's being a stone cold BeeYotch.
