FS MD: 2009 RYCA Scrambler Conversion
06/21/22 at 05:03:18

Selling a 2009 Savage with RYCA Scrambler CS-2s conversion. Bike does not currently start as the carb will need to be cleaned due to ethanol fuel sitting in it for a while. I no longer have the time nor patience to do so. 4724 miles currently on the odometer.

The following modifications (aside from the scrambler conversion) were installed:
  • Trail Tech Vapor Gauge
  • RFY Rear Shocks rebuilt by CL MotoTech
  • Savage to Harley headlight adapter with LED headlight
  • TKAT Brace
  • TC Bros Tracker Handlebar
  • K&N Cone Filter
  • RYCA Short reverse cone muffler with adjustable baffle
  • Lancer Jet Kit
  • Raptor petcock
  • New battery and oil filter installed
  • LED turn signals and taillight
  • Biltwell Recoil grips
  • Custom brackets to move rearsets forward

Not installed, but will be included:
  • Kawasaki Pulley Conversion
  • Versaplug
  • Cylmer manual for Suzuki Savage
  • TC Bros drag handlebar
  • RYCA kit rear fender, gauges, handlebar, etc.

Asking $2000. Please PM for more details. Serious inquiries only.

This is a really good deal for someone......a bike and the kit for less than the kit cost from RYCA.  None of these parts are available anymore - so this could be your only chance to get a RYCA scrambler.

I'm updating this post as a last ditch effort. I need this bike out of my garage. If someone is willing to come pick it up, it's yours for free. If it is not claimed by the end of October, I will be calling around junk/salvage yards to come take the bike away.

Yazman, I went last week and picked up the bike from toebasko. I threw him a couple hundred for it, just to ease the pain. Just got to checking it over the last few days. It had some seriously bad gas in it, when drained it came out sort of green and cloudy. Got it to fire on some ether start, it appears on initial examination the floats are stuck closed, but have not yet removed carb.
