 I am not sure what the logic is other than trying to keep a large number of illegal immigrants collecting and overcrowding one area.  

 One thing is ICE Form I-200 is not an actual warrant as we typically perceive one.  It only applies to certain Federal agents and does not indicate a probable cause for a crime, so no immediate arrest is required except by specific individuals.

 I do not believe that.

 If we use my actual words I said it is "not" racist.  Not racist and only the word "not" with the exemption of all other known words.

 "It is not." 

 But if we remove the word "Not" we get: "So you believe it IS Racist"

 This removal of the word "not" changes my statement, but since there is a direct record here it can be clearly seen that I said "not".

 I believe it is not racist.  Racist by definition and racist by personal opinion are two different things.
