I would say the Nov 17th "55 years" response was interesting.

 Although the articles leave out that the request is for 329,000 pages that need to be done by 10 people.  So there needs to be some compromise, like a temporary removal of medical privacy, or funding to get a few hundred people on the project.

 As for the "Somehow they reached" X-conclusion.  It's not "somehow" the numbers are right there.
