Who hasn't agreed that there is coercion?

 Also Nuremberg would more readily apply to the people the vaccines were tested on during development.  None of them were forced.  If anything the real target of this should be if the "emergency use authorization" allowed by law as long as it's enacted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.  

 But let's not use US laws to fight and change US laws, lets use good ol' Nuremberg since that will get us to the same nowhere it has always taken us.  If anything we could revoke emergency use authorization and let a disease just take it's course and hope we live.  Or limit the US Government's ability to initiate mandates upon employers.

 There is coercion, and the Nuremberg Code won't help stop that because saying we are guinea pigs is not equal to actually being guinea pigs.  

 I think the overused Nuremberg argument is grasping at straws.

 Select this sentence, leave out that one, restructure it, pretend it's applicable to US law, complain.  That's pretty much how it's used these days.

 It is a viable ethics guideline, but the application should match what the Code is addressing.  If you expect others to look up VOLUNTARY, then maybe try looking up EXPERIMENTAL.  Emergency use Authorization does not circumvent testing or approval.

 This is incorrect.  The clinical trial process is the same but the monetary end of the red-tape is reduced or removed.  You don't like how it is implemented, which is fine, but disliking something doesn't change facts.

 Vaccines aren't a cure, unlike like the "proven cure" you claim hydroxychloroquine is.  Yet people who take hydroxychloroquine get Covid and die too.  

 When people in a demographic, lets say 50-70 years of age are evaluated for comorbidity and Covid related deaths the majority of the dead haven't been vaccinated.  

 Of course this is wrong, and will remain that way as long as you refuse to look at information that isn't saying what you want it to.
