You say potato, I say….

…it doesn’t matter what I call it, it’s always just a potato.

So a high school boy announced he was a girl, puts on a skirt and sexually assaults a real girl in the locker room.

I thought the party of science told me this wouldn’t happen….

The school tries to cover it up, but a few days later, the boy wearing a skirt does it again.

Liberals are strange, delusional creatures.

Let us say that there is no allowance for trans children's bathroom use in a school.
What is to stop a straight boy from donning a skirt and sneaking in to a girl's bathroom to commit rape?
Nothing.
Sure, when caught he will face punishment,.. as he would if the school had a trans bathroom policy.
The policy makes no difference.
The crime is still a crime, and the likelihood of that crime is the same.
A trans bathroom policy has no relevance.
A straight boy raped a girl... it's wrong, it's tragic, it happens. It will be punished.
Sexual attacks happen in schools.

The likelihood of a trans child being attacked in a boys bathroom is much greater without a trans bathroom policy.  That is the purpose of allowing them the safest choice for their circumstance.

And no one,  gives a second glance.
Until it is to late.

Thank you UL, DFI, FDS, Socialists !

That evil, Terrible, Nasty thing,
That NO ONE should have.

If you don't want to sent it to me,
Just go to a Gun Show, and sell it for CASH,

In fact in this particular case the policy is relevant.

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2021/10/12/parents_slam_loudoun_count...

Because the school board covered up the incident, and in fact had the victims father arrested when he confronted the school board about the cover up.

They tried to cover it up specifically because of the trans bathroom policy in the districts schools .

Do you  really believe that if the kid had been straight that the school officials would not have handled this differently rather that trying to cover it up.

This was a deliberate attempt by the school board and the school administration to cover up the consequences of their idiotic, woke-a** progressive agenda, and they got caught.

And the hits just keep on coming.

Apparently this twisted little he/she did it TWICE, in two different schools.

https://www.newsweek.com/loudoun-county-scott-ziegler-resign-student-assault-...

"Authorities" can't/won't confirm it is or isn't the same kid, but that doesn't really make things any better now does it? Maybe we got TWO warped little fuc**ers taking advantage of the "policy".

You’re right, nothing. But, that kid would’ve been arrested and prosecuted for attempted rape.

This kid however, because he has the protection of these freaking wackos liberals that seem to run schools, was patted on the back and said don’t do that again young “lady” and sent back out where …he promptly did it again. And you, like the other people in this bizarre story, are kinda defending him. Because it’s all about politics, it’s all about your team winning.

Too bad about the little girl who got assaulted , so sorry about that,  oh and by the way, sorry about the other little girl who got assaulted . Too bad but we have to make Republicans and conservatives look like fools so your piece of mind and perhaps mental health for some very critical years as you grow up, had to be sacrificed so we can make a point.

From the website above;

" ...superintendent Scott Ziegler dismissed any concerns about assaults on school grounds allegedly committed by transgender students.

"To my knowledge, we don't have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms," he said. ..."

Absolutely PAR for the course.
Anything goes when it comes to what oldNslow said.
"...  cover up the consequences of their idiotic, woke-a** progressive agenda, ..."

Rape is rape,... the kid should be prosecuted whether there's a T gender policy or not.
School admin's are at fault but not the policy.
They need to get their act together.

Do you have reference for this? Who would believe that any gender/gender identification will not rape?

The school tries to cover it up, but a few days later, the boy wearing a skirt does it again.

I understand he took advantage of the policy, but I would say it is enforcement of crime that is the problem more than some cross-gender bathroom location.

Sounds good on paper,
 in practice ?   Naaaa

So a Felon walks into a Gun-Shop.
 (Which is a Federal Crime)
The Felon asks to see a gun.
(another federal crime, handling a firearm)
The Felon fills out the 4473 to buy the gun.
(the 3rd Fed Crime, Lying on that form)

No way does, or can,
the Gun-Shop owner/salesperson, know
 that  person is a Felon.

0.09 (+/-%), of the cases, which the 4473 was  LIED on,
the ATF investigated !
Here are just 3 of the questions.
“Have you ever been convicted in any court of a felony”
“Are you a fugitive from justice”
“Have you ever been adjudicated as a mental defective”

So who is at fault ?

The Law, stating a Felon cannot posses, use, be in the same building as a firearm ?
The Felon, for deliberate lying on the 4473 form ?
The Gun-Shop owner/sales person, for attempting to make the sale ?

Most people would say it's the Felon's fault
Like most people would say it's 'Jonnie's'.

I say the, ‘Policy’, is at fault.
Because the, ’Policy’, says it is OK for a boy to put on a skirt, etc.etc.
And the, ‘Policy’,  is to look the other way.

Just as it is the, 'policy',
to look the other way when a Felon LIES on a 4473.

MnSpring has a point in regards to having policy that increases risk, but I would say the policy to "look the other way" is inaccurate.  If so this could be found in writing within policy.

Using the "Policy is to blame method" one can commit rape and not be at fault because a policy allowed that person to enter a room with women in it and people are not allowed, by "Policy" to acknowledge assault.  So any room where a man and woman could be alone together by policy is now a free for all to assault others because policy allowed those two to be in a room together.

It should be pretty clear that if we are to start living in a more gender neutral society we need to create more avenues of privacy.  We can control physical barriers, we can not control criminals at all times.  Restrooms are a prime example.  Yes it is more costly to build individual locking units, but a single lawsuit defense could most likely pay for hundreds of locking doors and doorframes.

Well in the, REAL, world.
Their is no need for those words, ‘look the other way’,
to be written in the policy.
  It simply happens.

Case one, no Policy:
Little Johnny don’s a dress and some lipstick and says: “I am now to be called Janey”.
I am going into the girls bathroom.
Odds are very, Very, VERY high, that Someone will be saying,
  before it it to late.
“Whoooo, you can’t do that !

Case two, with Policy:
Little Johnny don’s a dress and some lipstick and says: “I am now to be called Janey”.
I am going into the girls bathroom.
Odds are very, Very, VERY LOW, that Someone will be saying,
    before it it to late.
“Whoooo, you can’t do that !

Odds are, With policy,
Something bad would happen,
  AFTER it happened.
(then it would be covered up)

Is someone going to say:
OK Johnny, you now want to be Janey,
please step into my office and I will do a interview.
Or a female teacher (something) follow Johnny, now Janey, into the bathroom/locker room/etc.
No, just not going to happen.

The words, ‘look the other way’, do not have to be written in that, or any, Policy for it to happen.
Because with the Policy, it Will happen.
        That is Real life.

And Real life is not,
Clicking one’s heals together 3 times,
and be transported to a non tornado area.
