…and the “school shooter” is out. Meanwhile, a grandmother who walked around the capital building is still in jail.

Weren’t school shootings like the big thing last year? Nothing worse than a school shooting. Republicans are responsible for mowing kids down left and right. Blah blah blah blah…..

Smart kid however. He knows where he stands in the pecking order and he knows to play the bully card. And he walked.

Much like the pretend outrage about Covid, don’t pretend to be upset or concerned about gun violence. You let 10,000 or more Haitian migrants settle across the country and you let a guy that used a gun in a school both walk freely anywhere they want to go.

I get what you are saying but it assumes gun-control supporters also support this school-shooter decision. If the Judge that let this kid out is pro-2nd Amendment wouldn't this outcome be exactly how one would expect?

If this were an anti-gun Judge it would be much more hypocritical. I would like to know the judicial history of those involved and know if any anti-gun groups are supporting this decision.

How are the Haitians and School Shooter connected? Are you trying to say the same people that let this kid walk are also involved in deciding if Haitian migrants come into the US without Covid tests? How are these procedurally connected?

My point is how can we keep an old lady in jail for trespassing while letting a kid who shot 4 people walk free and in the middle of a pandemic allow 10,000 illegal immigrants walk into the country and then we fly them across the nation. WTF is wrong with us?

I imagine if the US were one governing body there might be more consistent enforcement but when you chop it into 50 States and thousands of laws it gets more complex.

Again I understand what you are saying, but just looking at how broad our judicial system is, hundreds of thousands of cases daily, I don't expect equal enforcement unless the events are assessed by the same judicial process.

Pick one crime type and see the inconsistencies across the country over the past 100 years.
