Matthew Mazzocco was sentenced to 45 days in prison even though the prosecution had not recommended it, for his actions on Jan 6th 2020.  

 He spent 12 minutes in the Capitol and actually did just walk in, take some photos and leave.  While there was premeditation, to me, he falls under more of a protester position.
