They got the third wall rolled today, before a small mishap.

Their large Telehandler experienced an upper bearing failure on the rear steer.  That beast isn't going anywhere without a heavy equipment mechanic coming into my backyard!

12' ceiling this time.  The last building ended up with an 11' 4" ceiling.  This time I raised it 8" in case I decide to put in a two post lift.  The roll up doors are 10' x 10', and 16' x 8' side drive.

The telehandler is still down while they search for the replacement part.  They were able to move it a little bit while broken to reach the west wall and raise it.  They are putting up the shear panels in preparation of lifting the trusses on top of the structure.

The crew is fastening each truss to the forks by hand, and raising them without moving the telehandler.  Much slower, but managing to come up with a way to keep moving forward.  Impressive.  We are getting our first snow fall tomorrow night into Friday morning on the valley floor (only 1/2 to 1").  That should mix things up a bit!  I am still hopeful they will get all the trusses rolled and the roof sheeted by Saturday.  We will see.

Nice.  Hopefully, you'll be back in action sooner rather than later.

Do you know what your first project is going to be?

Me too!  Now I really want to buy that retirement home out in the country and build that 3-5 car garage/workshop/mancave!

Really happy for you, Sneeze!  Now you just gotta find about 20 badass steel horses to fill the stable!

Only took them 3-1/2 days to go from a bare slab to this!  Dem boys ain't messing around.

Hmmm.  First project.  It will be my daughter's '72 VW beetle.  It has a fuel delivery issue, some electrical gremlins (probably ground issues), and a few other things.  Second project will be my Green Monster.  The right crank seal let go.  I have to split the cases and remove the crankshaft to replace an $11 seal.  You got to love those Japanese engineers!  And during all this I will be accumulating parts for my Studebaker truck body swap, to get back to the point when it burned down with the shop.
