Every twenty minute job is a stripped thread away from being a three day ordeal.

The rough coat sure lightened up a lot when it cured. It's almost the same color the stucco will be.

Sorry, Rutt... it's still not warm enough to habitat. But we are working on it.

I tried to find my clutch pawl inventory that was in my desk in the shop when it burned. I found nothing of the wood desk, nothing that was on the desk (PC tower I did find), or inside of it. But today, as I was walking to the shop, a familiar shape caught my eye in the gravel. After picking it up and examining it, it is a factory Suzuki part. Not one of my AR500 parts I had made. It was laying in the gravel - 20 feet from the building! Makes me wonder how it got that far from it's original position during the fire. I had over 30 of my custom ones and never found any of them. I think I only had two stock ones. Go figure...

That has radiused corners. It's not a stock part. IDK if the sintered ones rust.

The sharp exterior edges, and the uniform recess around the double D hole were not features of my AR500 parts. It is clearly a stock Suzuki part.

If you could get a coupla red laser pointers, and stuff them in a Styrofoam wig stand and put it on an oscillating fan, you could have an evil lookin guard in there, watching out a window.
A proper Crashed UFO in the yard and your place could get some visits.
I really like the windows.

My neighbor made me a guardian angel (okay, it's a guardian buzzard, actually). It's made from parts that came out of the burned building. He will be standing guard outside the front door of shop 2.0. Not very creative in naming him - I call him Buzz.

That is a cool piece, probably a cool neighbor.
The windows remind me of the space robot invaders from the SciFi movie ,well, how I remember it, all those decades ago. I like them. What made you choose that?

They are high enough so no one can look in, and I can see the ridgeline of the local hills near me. They are 1 x 4, and are there to let light in the building.
