Every twenty minute job is a stripped thread away from being a three day ordeal.

Tactical error.  The roofer ran 4' short of ridge cap.  One too few bags brought out, so he gets to come back next week to finish the job.  The electrician shows up first thing Monday morning.  The stucco guy wants to put up the scaffolding, but has to wait for the electrician to do his stuff.  The breaker box and two external outlets have to go in.  Seems electricians don't like climbing through scaffolding to do their work.  Go figure.  We have clear weather for at least another week, so progress should be at a good pace.

It's just studs and trusses at the moment.  This is the east view.

Insulation, drywall, texture , and paint come after the electrical is all in.

You can really see how messed up the concrete stains are.  I am going to splurge and have a concrete coating  company come in and coat the floor and stem wall.  I need to put the reminders of the fire behind me.  Yes, it isn't cheap.  Can I take it with me?  No...  so I might as well spend it while I can enjoy it.  The kids will be set with just the house and property after we are gone.  Shop 2.0 deserves improvements!

The rough electrical is in, and we are all caught up with the county inspections.  Yesterday the stucco crew showed up.  Tar paper, styrofoam, and lath are on the building, and got signed off by the county this morning.  The will start the rough coat tomorrow (weather dependent).
