I think it is a mix of politics and a mix of people having made the decision prior. But for some reason now the people doing the job know more than the people sitting at home reading about it, convenient how that only works on certain topics and not others.
At the locations I have worked at the people who are not currently taking the vaccine had said, before it was ever released, that they would not. The overall number of people that have quit in an employment pool of about 12,000, so far, is 9.
The number of people refusing because they see negative reactions are very small since the overall number of negative reactions has been small. Out of 80,643 vaccinations there were 3 in-facility adverse events, and one was anxiety. So far in CO, the number of adverse events from the vaccine that Nurses have SEEN are very low by percentage evaluation, and these events are spread all over the State so it is unlikely any one Nurse sees many adverse events. What estimate do you have for the percentage of Nurses that have quit or been Fired?
