I would say Biden did not make the best decision in regards to the withdrawal method for personnel, and personnel only with the exemption of all other words.

 I also do not think Trump would have, ever, said he made a mistake if he had made the same choice.  Both are character flaws and I have noticed that it is rare for one to point out the flaws of the President they like.  But also not rare at all to point out the flaws of a President they don't like.

 So I would say there will be just as many people saying Biden screwed up as there were people saying Trump did.  People would point out direct lies from Trump and be answered with "winning" so let's just accept that the people you like will get away with more than the people you don't.
