That’s a political statement. An opinion, not a fact. How much of their reasoning was based on evidence and statements in a courtroom and how much based on statements outside the courtroom?

So the political NY Court is disbarring him for opinions stated out of court and placing a certain amount of blame (how much isn’t detailed) for Jan 6. Lawyer after lawyer after lawyer claimed Trump was illegitimate, protest and there was violence ensued. Not a single one of those lawyers were disbarred or even threatened with disbarment.
