 The proposed Order by Biden is in relation to Federal Contract Workers.

 I've been doing this for years and never been in the lower wage bracket fortunately but I can't imagine the "No cost to tax-payer" is accurate.  Any cost is typically calculated into the bid, and direct pay is obviously tax-funded.

 An issue for me is this: 40 hours a week for 52 weeks at $15 an hour is $31,200 a year.

 If my math is correct that is higher than the first three enlisted ranks can be paid in the military.
