Walking The Green Mile

okay, that’s a bit much but point is I’m pushing away from the table and heading out the door today.

Not a smart bet to make, should have considered the Democrats willingness to do anything to win. Oh well, I haven’t had my Thumper for years now, that was four bikes ago. My daughter loved riding on the back of that bike. Hated it when I swapped for a BMW RT1100 which was a great bike. The wind and rain protection on that bike was so good, I could have read a newspaper in a mild rainstorm. I had a throttle lock and I actually ate a lunch while riding across Iowa once and even passed a couple of cars. But it was too heavy to take camping and I eventually swapped it out for a V Strom 650 which is one of the best all around bikes, I still have it. That’s a great all-around motorcycle, perhaps if you can only have one that might be the one to have. The other ones I have aren’t exactly toys, but clearly take a back seat to my Strom.

I have a Honda CTX 700 with DCT transmission. That stands for dual clutch transmission and it’s an automatic shifting motorcycle. It’s a lot of fun too. You can set it for automatic or put it on manual and shift with thumb shifters. As you get older, if you’re having issues with muscle cramps, that might be a bike to consider. I think the DCT transmission will start making its way across all brands. How to put it on the Goldwing and African twin now so it’s a proven piece of technology. Who likes to use a clutch when your foot paddling through backed up traffic?

Few more posts throughout the day and then like Trump I’m gone. And just like Trump, you guys will miss me.

Sorry to see you go.

Personally, I don’t see any reason to give satisfaction to a WHINEY, DFI Socialist, who is NOT A CITIZEN,
But who is, a Fear/Lie/Rumor spreader.
And a FOUL MOUTH, Fairy Dust Sprinkler.

A “WINEY”, Socialist may have won the bet,
but they will loose the war.

The Smart, Capitalists, not the winey DFI, UL FDS, Socialists,
Have already, mortgaged everything they can, at under 2.8%, for as long as they can.
Then taken 3 years of payments, put in a saving account,  (best now, .5/6%), and did a Auto payment to the mortgage.
Then take the rest of the money and bought Gold/Silver/Etc.

After a year, the interest rates will go up.
In 3 years you will be getting 5/8/10% on your saving account, while paying less than 3%.
Your G/S will go up 20/30%,
Gates and the like will be paying MUCH less taxes,
the Burger flipper will be gettin $20.00 a hour,
(With a Automatic deduction of 38% for Federal Taxes)
A Gallon of milk, carton of eggs, and a loaf of bread, will cost 25.00.

Then the pendulum will swing the other way, and a Conservative, (Intelligent), POTUS will be elected.
Then, after 4/8 years, a Liberal Dem will get elected,
(Although not nearly as, CROOKED, UL, WINEY, DFI, FDS Socialistic as Ding-Dong & Ho-Ho)
And the Pendulum will continue to swing, just not so wildly as it has the last 12 years.

Ben Franklin once said: "If you give up a freedom, for the sake of security, you will have neither".
Which is More TRUE, today, than yesterday.('06, S-40, Stock) well, mostly .

Since I work from home now, I was watching the inauguration. We have a new President and Vice President as of this moment.

Looking at the rates of mutual funds compared to gold I wouldn't put everything left over in bullion.

Before people get on the gold is stable bandwagon, I've been to plenty of unstable economic locations and food/water will get you a lot more than gold ever will.
