There are quite a few items from the Suzuki Intruder parts bin that are either direct bolt on or easily adapted.  Other than the fork tubes and muffler, this is all from the Suzuki parts bins. Suzuki could have easily produced them like this.

A very good talk about our bike.
Its the bike that Harley should have done as a first bike for beginners!
And I have some complains too, they should put the spedometer above the headlamp!
And later get rid of the carburator and put in a injection system.. for exhauste control.. but mostly for better performance and handling.

I agree, Harley really missed out on recruiting new riders to their brand by not offering their own version of the Savage. The Buell Blast was a toad! If they'd built a savage style chassis for this engine, I bet they would've sold quite a few, provided they didn't overprice them too badly.

Exactly.. in my opinion!
Harley could have put a singel cylinder in a type of Savage frame, pushrods and two valves.. for beginners.
It dósent matter, my biker friends call my bike a girl bike, I dont care!
There girlfriends that is as old as they altso drive Harelys or Triumph or Ducati!
In my youth several girls was riding Yamaha SR 500!
