That CB350 shape is what I was hoping the Rebel 500 would be.
Most OEMs, cars or bikes, have made regrettable decisions on models, which is one reason we have such a large aftermarket.
Cheers!  Cool
That CB350 is screaming for a 500 twin!

There are many city dwellers who also like light weight two wheel transportation in town.

The US is an incredibly small market when compared to the World Market, and for some reason a lot of the bikes that are made for the rest of the word never come to the US.  That seems a bit odd, as the emission and noise standards are being met for all new models, and any new model would be able to meet the US requirements.

The Royal Enfield Bullet 350cc version sold 20 times more bikes than the 500cc version - as the majority of buyers in the world are in countries where a 350cc bike is big and a 500cc bike is not needed.  The redesigned bullet that meets emission standards is only available in the 350cc version.....Royal Enfield just didn't feel they sold enough 500cc bikes to warrant the redesign of the larger bike.
