If he was listening to someone talk in his ear, and responding as quick as he did last night then good for him, his mind is pretty darn sharp to be that fast.

If a "wire" is that loose and easily exposed without the standard 3" tape down then his crew needs to be fired. No one with any experience puts a wire there, and that poorly.

Maybe its photoshopped,, How would I know?
It does seem an unlikely place for a blasted wire,,
And where does it go? Theres no wire leading to his ear,,

Id want an RF generator,, and sweep the spectrum,, and see who winces,,

Well there are bone conduction headsets and I heard that's what they used but that is complete nonsense as they need to be up on the face/head to work, not on the spine or neck.

All kinds of theories out there. I measure it off of response time, and I didn't hear any indication of delay, but I also wasn't observing for the purpose of subterfuge 3 way communication.

The proof is not in any visual clue,.. it's like Eegore said.
His responses were too quick and too smooth.
I've seen many people try to repeat what's fed to them though an earpiece... Even experienced broadcasters are stilted and flummoxed.
