But some idiotic dipsh|t libtard college professor says for this to work it will need resources to prevent it from perpetuating structural racism.

“If GVI is not implemented carefully and with adequate resources, it will perpetuate injustices and structural racism,” Roman wrote. “Discrimination may not necessarily be conscious or intentional, but it is built into the institutional practices that buoy many of the levers of this strategy and the criminal justice system as a whole.”

But those resources are being taken away from the police because of Saint George the Hooper and his systemic racism hysteria.

That article in the Inquirer is such a bogus pile of crap. The way they keep quoting that Temple University professor as though that person was some sort of moral authority that needs to be taken seriously. As though lefty college professors know more about law enforcement than actual law enforcement professionals who've spent their careers dealing with violent criminals up close and personal day in and day out.

The liberal universities intelligentsia have assumed the role of God in today's sh|tshow of blind bleating ideological obeisance put on by brainwashed millennial sheep. They need to start burning down the universities instead of police stations and courthouses. Maybe it will help if we put Police station and courthouse signs on the campus buildings in universities. But that assumes any of them know how to read.
