My neighbor was so thrilled she bought some subaru or other in 2016. When my wife was like super super thrilled like its a new car and has the smell and ... yes at 47 she'll still bounce around like a tennis ball - I said, OK so what's next, she's gonna move to asheville and become a lesbian ...
My wife didn't believe me. So she called a friend of ours who practically lives @ Grove Park Inn (No just thanksgiving brunch every year - make reservations in June and pay like $80 or whatever - LOL) ...
So I said we have to keep it neutral and not let him know what we intend him to say and let him run free etc etc.

She asks him - What kind of people live in Asheville.
The first thing he said was ... pot smoking dykes.
I said - OK more details ...
He said weirdo's.
Then I asked what car - I dont even finish.
subies.

Seriously every other car broken down on the side of the road is a subaru.

BTW neighbors car gave some weird weird problems, and they had to trade it back in in just a couple years, when it was like $500 cos a taillight bulb blew and it was some complicated POS where you had to buy 1/2 the back end to fix it.

My Bush Cheney yard sign got burned in a suburb of St. Louis years ago. I would never put a Trump sign in my yard because leftist wackos are so crazy they might firebomb my house. I don’t generally shy away from confrontation but I wouldn’t want my wife or kids or granddaughter to be in my house. Look at what they do to those Portland neighborhoods. What, you haven’t seen those clips? Oh, that’s because the main stream media is censoring the news they give you at night because that would not help their preferred candidate, Joe Biden.

Nope, no sarcasm. The very same route I took to go camping in July. Then I counted a single Biden sign and too many Trump signs to count.
Now it's close to 50/50 with maybe a little more on the Biden side. Folks in that part of the state are big on yard signs. Easier to count homes that didn't have a sign to those that did.

The majority of Biden sign households also invariably had yard signs advertising their belief in Bigfoot or Sasquatch. Is there a connection here I'm failing to make?
