If you're talking about the plug on the left side, the one with the slot, I recommend antisieze on the threads and wherever the aluminum will hit when the rubber is compressed. It really doesn't take a lot to have it jammed in there and a Real bear to get out.
It's a plug.
It doesn't hold the engine together.
Whatever you used getting it out, put it back, you're not gonna wreck the motor if you get it too tight, you're just gonna make the next time you need in there an expensive drama,
Put it in, do it gently
Use a marker and put a line across one part of the circle,, now, if it starts to vibrate loose, you'll see it.
It's not gonna, but if that would make you feel better about not tightening it a lot,, well, there ya go.

I have had mine off several times and tighten it finger tight. Never had a leak or coming loose. I do know that if it is over tightened it can be a real bugger to loosen
