Torque for head cover bolts

I am about to put my engine back together but partly since English is not my first language, I am having a hard time figuring out the torque for the bolts since there are no pictures to explain it. What is the head cover - cover plug?
I think the 13 bolts attaching the head cover to the cylinder head is 8-12Nm but what are the plugs requiring 25-30Nm ?

The torque for the cover bolts is 6 ftlbs. Be very careful not to over torque them. I don't know what the cover plug bolts are but they must be much larger than 6mm bolts.
