Rear Directional Mounting
06/15/20 at 10:42:59
Hello, I am new to the group. I recently purchased a used 1996 Savage and decided to customize it. I removed the rear fender and am now having trouble finding a location for the rear directionals (which I need in my state to pass inspection). Please note, per some Youtube video, I have already cut the passenger seat support brackets which would have been perfect using the seat bracket. According to my mechanic I shouldn't have done this. I guess I also need some sort of fender. Any advice would be helpful. Thx. Bill

Can you make out the metal u-shaped bracket there?...
Mine are tail/brake lights but they could be turn signals if you need them.
It's bolted to those two heavy frame bolts that hold the fender under the seat.
