The green one is for the side stand interlock signal to the ECU.

Thanks, won't be needing that so will cut it out of the loom

You’ll have to complete the circuit. The ECU will see an open circuit as the side stand being down and the ECU will cut spark when you put it into gear.

Yes but I don't need the plug. I have also removed the decompressor. Starts fine without it. it's all just extra weight and extra junk to hide where there is not a lot of hiding place on my bike.
I can't work out what the other plug is for though

The neutral wire runs up the right side of the frame and is a single wire.  the connector is on the backbone just above the cylinder head.
