Boomer or Zommer ?

Boomer or Zommer ?

Just got back from Fleet Farm. One person in front of me to check out,
I was standing, behind the X put on the floor with tape.
the person in front was young, had on rubber gloves, a mask, and, safety goggles.
He, (at least I think it was a he), kept looking back at me, and cowering forward, as if I was crowding him.
I took a step backward, he still gave off the body language that I was crowding him.
He also was arguing with the older clerk, over his 10.00 battery core/deposit.
He wanted to be charged 10.00 less, right now, with out the exchanged battery.
(he had a small motorcycle battery)

After he left, in a hurry, with another scared look over his shoulder at me,
I set my box of oil on the belt, walked up, than said to the clerk,
“Ya think that was a Zoomer ?”
She could not laugh, yet she had a real big smile.
Then I said, "Ya know if he drove here he has a much higher chance of getting into a accident on the road, that he does of getting killed by a virus”.
Then she had to put her hand over her mouth, not a cough, but kind of a gurgle, with a really big smile.

In walking through the parking lot,
I saw 6 rubber gloves just dropped on the payment, a pair in 3 different places, 2 masks,
and 4, what looked like, slurpe drinks, which were 1/2 full,
and by position looked like someone opened 4 windows in a car, tossed them put, then drove away.

Wondering, were those things done by, Boomer's or Zommer's ?

Inserting a chip under the skin of a human is most certainly the next step,
after all, it’s been done for a couple of decades now in animals.
(Wonder what the UL FDS Socialists think of that as to voter ID)
do you think the people for it, are, Boomer's or Zommer's ?

Speaking of, ‘tracking’ someone with a chip.
Why not insert a chip in all illegal’s, so when they are ‘released’,
they can be found to notify them of their standing.
Instead of just, ‘disappearing’ ?
Which do you think, Boomer's or Zommer’s,
would be for such a event ?

This latest virus is a great big blowup, SCARE.
To get a majority of the populous to believe,
giving up some freedom,
will result in more security.
And it will take 40 some years,
before Zoomers will realize they've been had.

Ya know, some events make life different from then on,, Even IF a certain age group is warning against it..
Government can create no program that they can't make worse by trying to fix it..

He's not wrong.

There is a whole generation of adults in this country who don't even  remember being able to buy an airline ticket and get on a plane without being strip searched, X-rayed, and groped by agents of the government. They believe that that is perfectly normal, has always been like that and are not at all bothered by it.

Millions of kids have grown up playing with a device that is capable of tracking their every movement  every day. When they were little their parents handed it to them to keep them entertained and they treated it like a toy. When they got older they stuck it in the pocket of their jeans, and they will continue to tote it around in some new and improved form for the rest of their lives. No need to implant a chip. The device is already there, ubiquitous, and treated as  merely an accessory, with no regard to how it can be used to control and direct their existence. I mean come  on. It's just a phone. It's a Brave New World out there now. No sense worrying about the folks going to live in it though. They don't know any better; don't even know how much it's going to suck.

Face it JOG, guys like us are just soon to be extinct dinosaurs.

Sh*t, our motorcycles don't even have traction control, multiple riding modes, or lean sensitive ABS. Not to mention TFT dashboards with bluetooh capability.

Carburetors for cryin' out loud. And no resettable trip meter. Nevermind a fuel gauge with "miles to empty" capability.

Beats the He*l out of me how we ever managed to survive Grin

Gates is talking about an immunization similar to a tattoo that a cell phone can read.

I'm pretty much a boomer, and I am milking this virus for the rest of my and my son's life. Strategic coughing and sneezing and mucus etc etc will get my employer and fellow employees scared into getting rid of this agile work place crap …

Since without cramming us like sardines they don't have a prayer fitting us in - there ends the "go to office 3X a week" …

Besides that - I am circulating another catchy slogan, "Agile just means we don't want to see pics of your stupid family"

Then there is the bumper sticker "want to be green, burn that tesla and … stop driving to work"
Google will always be greener than a tesla.
Google will always be faster than a Ferrari.
Google will always be cheaper than a cube. etc etc.

Cool.

And there it is. Everyone will be able to spy on themselves. And everybody else that they can sneak their phone up close to.

A brand new game. "How may vaccine tattoo ID's can you collect today without anybody catching yours?"

Just watch out for the guys in the blue jumpsuits. They're from the government, and they aren't really playing just for fun.

Gee, wasn't that tried in the late 1930's, and early 40's?

How did that work out ?

Am sure their will be lines around the block, just like when a new i phone comes out.
Because if one gets the tattoo, than one could never become, 'Obsolete',
(Or could they)
Can't ask Rod Sterling, Perhaps Bil Gates has the answer.
I know, tt,  has the answer !!!!!!!
Come-on back tt, and tell us all what we should think !

 I agree with this.

However if the people are completely aware, and don't care, why should I?  The younger generation is growing up knowing more about each other exponentially.  To them anyone telling them how dangerous the cellphone can be is no different than kids of the 60's being told how TV will turn them into antisocial degenerates.

Elvis was "Satan's Music" at one time, bound to destroy the social construct of the American Way.  Kid's didn't care.

People know Alexa records conversations in their homes, they know their phones track their actions.  I'm not ok with it so I had to have my reading and search software altered from other "less social" sources.  If anything we should be glad the Constitution isn't redone once 51% of the population has cycled like the original proposals.
