How about the paying for the Military? They just would have to pay what they need. NOT PAY, FIVE times more the Combined HIGHEST Cost of other Nations Military.

Not pay for cost of, GIVING, Illegals, Lazy, Cheats, Money/Services/HC/Schooling/Food/Housing for things.
Only helping the needy with those things.
