This is a very interesting point. Educating and empowering women tends to lower birth rates. That is a phenomenon happening in India in the last 20-30 yrs and that trend needs to continue both in India and the rest of the world.
However lack of a social safety net for men and women in general as well as rather oppressive work culture lowers birth rates and in many cases if they do have kids it lowers their economic standards drastically. That has to be stopped via safety nets. However this is not a homogenous voting block that overwhelmingly vote for 1 party over another, hence no one is left to stand for them.
No country can have a generous safety net program and open immigration without quickly dropping into the poor house in short order. But immigrants and illegals especially are a near monolithic voting block that vote over whelmingly democrap. Hence there is a bunch of democraps that want them all to vote.
BTW I got news for them, that only lasts till they hit 35-40. After which it can be almost 50-50. I hated Clinton toward the end of his 2nd term, but wasn't a citizen till 2009. I voted for Obama in 12 cos I hated Romney but voted Trump in 16 and 20 cos I hated Clinton and the democraps are worse than Hilary and Trump has been the best for my family so far. I loved Obamacare when it came out but slowly we have been nothing but shafted by it. Trump has squeezed the duck out of immigrant heavy companys that use fake crap to get visas and that has helped me get better bargaining power in my current jobs. Personally I have benefited from Trumps immigration policy more than any single president did outside of Al Gore inventing the Internet. LOL.
