What does this statement mean ?

Is he in charge of something to write with ?
Something that holds animals ?
Something that hold people or criminals ?
Is it a medical device used for injections ?
Is it a part of a squid’s anatomy ?
Context, will tell you what kind of, ‘pen’, is described.
If someone has only one knowledge, of a use for a, ‘pen’,
than anybody who uses/describes a, ‘pen’, differently is, WRONG !
Rather sounds like what Socialists are saying about Capitalists !
