So to make it truly where you separate the crap from the chocolate they should implement some form of these rules.

1. Entry level jobs need to be an entry into something improving with time, age and experience, not an entry to be replaced by the next crop of illegals making less than minimum wage while last years entry level is out on the street. This requires the cutting off of the pipeline of legal and illegal workers who believe their reward is else where in some piece of paper and in remittances.
2. All the capital gains crap ends when the "company they built" goes public. The current situation is where they are paid in stock in perpetuity and since that is still "capital gains" employees like CEO's of Boeing etc etc make a killing year over year after getting into Boeing and pumping it full of cheite and still walking away with 62 million after being a$$canned for lying about sheiitee.
3. All "free" sheeitte should be paid for, as in, no sending 30 kids to free public school when living up to 60 people a 3br house. 3br = 2 kids, you get 2 coupons for people who can use your address. The other 28 get to pay the full freight of per child costs of all schooling. "afterall we educated them" is a retarded argument used by fools who try to use the word calculus when not talking about differentiating or integrating sheitte [BOB] obviously flunked anything but pull the wool over your eyes college, so they need to stop talking sheitte.
4. Tax consumption but give neccesities a full on tax break, as well as allow for deductions from taxes based on costs of neccesities, not on taxes paid on those.
5. Tarriff the fruck out of currency manipulators and emissions and labor market cheats. If you do not follow our labor standards, and our emissions laws, you will be tariffed in proportion to what the difference will be and you don't get to send 3 billion tons of crap over with not buying 30lb.

These will cause wages to rise, people to climb up and cut off remittances as well as incentivize tax cheats to clean up, pollution cheats too, and prevent illegal invasions as well as legal crapola immigration.
A level playing field creates innovation, not curtail it regardless of immigration being open or closed.
