 That's the problem with graphics like JoG linked, they only prove one thing - that anything can be put into a graphic.

 What I would want to know is how, whoever put that together defined "unrest".  Is it a percentage of population engaged in public display?  That percentage could be compared.

 The point is I could select any 10 cities from the existence of the US, put down any type of information I want then dare people to deny it.

 I will choose 100 cities that have had above average birth mortality rates, not define what "above average is, find out which ones had Democrats in charge, not define what "in charge" is and then put 10 of them in a graphic.

 Then I can say "Deny that those cities have not had high birth mortality rates!!"

 Anyone can do that, its a cheap way to prove a point.
