Yes it's absolute madness but with a decent Senate majority in the next elections the Democrats have no choice but to consider raising the Supreme Court justices to 13, or more if necessary. The United States simply cannot have corrupt or compromised justices appointed by a corrupt administration for lifetime tenure.
