I have everything from handlebars to tail light. And the price hasn't quadrupled. I am in New Jersey.

An 03 wiring is not compatible with a 86 bike.
The TCI plug is different at a minimum.
The 86 is an odd ball, the wiring diagram is different than all the others.
I have a wiring harness from an early year. I don't know if it's an 86 or an 88.
