Trump doesn't have to say ,.. or else.
It's an unspoken threat.
Although,... Trump is stupid enough to say it.

And Trump is calling everything "Privileged Information",...
he has the WH locked down tight as a drum.
So it will be a court fight,... dragging it out to after re-election he hopes.
Not the actions of an innocent man.

Of course, after the election he can still be charged,.. and it can be criminal charges without Presidential immunity...
