I have one on mine, you can run the OEM wiring harness but if you're willing to drop that kind of money on an m-unit my guess is you may have the funds just to rewire everything. It's a long process, especially if you've never done anything like it but Revival Cycles has vids for just about everything.

Did a few on other bikes. Takes a lot of time and head scratching. Finishing up the one on my Savage. To me, it's worth it if you want minimalist, or the stock harness is trash.

I think the old style one is gone, but there is a new, better one.
It addresses a few of the shortcomings of the original.

I was looking around on the web but it sounds that i still gonna need the CDI and all of that sounds like you still need to wire the big Bulky things on the side of the m unit and for me that kind of defeat the purpose
How did you guys do it?
A little side note somebody pm me if i was swedish and yes but i cant reply on pms yet

I kept the Ignitor, replaced the starter solenoid and fuses with the revival cycles kit, and kept the Decomp Controller/solenoid.

I'm confused . Does this device simplify the electrical system?

What is its purpose?

It becomes a hub that everything wires into and allows microswitches along with a myriad of other cool features.

No thanks , I prefer my modified wiring. Yeah neat techie features but it’s one more thing to fail and added weigh. All that just to eliminate my flasher and the ignition switch.

I bought my Zuki because it more or less adheres to the KISS principal.

I have a couple of cars that if I open the hood I might as well be a trained monkey for all the good I can do. :'(

Combined with their M-Button, it simplifies the front end wiring a lot. Using it because I like minimalist wiring. Basically all the handlebar switches go to the M-Button, and only one green wire goes back to the M-Unit. Saves all those individual wires.
The M-Unit itself replaces the turn signal flashes, all the fuses, and a bunch of other gak.
Watch some of the videos on the Revivial site, it'll make more sense.
Doing them on two of my bikes now.
