I have seen the marker idea before, but...
a) my lock gauge  doesn't have the potential to run out of ink.
b) my lock gauge doesn't have the potential to bounce out and be lost.
c) my lock gauge doesn't have the potential to be rubbed or washed off accidentally, especially when caught in an accidental thunderstorm.
d) i don't want to wipe gasoline on my lens over and over and over.
e) JOG did this with a grease pencil, and, well, we know that anything JOG does we should all stay very far away from  Huh Huh Huh Huh

You appear to be the only one ?
Do you have any details as to how you did it ?

Hydrostatic pressure sensor from LSK motorcycle electronics. It's fed from a t joint in between the tank and carb. Sends the data up to a simple gauge I got from autozone. I need to tinker with how it's positioned to get it more stable but it does the job.

How many gallons of gas could I buy if I didn't spend my money on one of those?
Sounds like a neat gizmo.

I prefer to not have to look straight down to get my speed, also I like not having a hole in the top of my tank. A bit of fiber glass later and we're in business 😉

Neat gizmo for sure, but I think for that money I can just keep on not running outta gas.
