This kid walks into a Wal-Mart with body armor and an AR style firearm/handgun on his person a few days after the El Paso shooting.

 He states he "wanted to see if Wal Mart would protect his 2nd Amendment rights"

 Why is it Wal Mart's job to protect his rights?  They literally have the ability to deny firearms on their property.  

 Personally I'd say this guy, because of the timing, his knowledge of El Paso, and the type of presentation he made, makes him a DFI.  No different than the open carry guys that wanted to go into IHOP and refused to leave while people hid under tables.
