a balloon pops,.. a book is dropped, a firecracker, a tire blows,..

the point is people are scared.
More guns will never alleviate the fear, they'll just make things worse.

The problem with the mass shootings isn't just the shootings, it's the fear that it instills.
A gun may make you personally feel safer,... it is terrifying to a child.
People walking around with guns scares children.  They know what guns do.
We don't just need to reduce the death toll of shootings, we need to reduce the fear.
