Well, Gaaw Lee! Another uncontrolled problem.
The debt and deficit are two separate issues.
Nobody wants to believe the source of the debt, but the federal reserve is the root of it. Totally unconstitutional and a tremendous parasite on the prosperity of the people.
The deficit is a trade issue.
Why would anyone expect that to be under control after Trump only being president for such a short time?
And, he's surrounded by backstabbing so called republicans and the hate filled democrats.
It'll all get worse before it is even possible that it'll get better.

I think you're thinking of the trade deficit, not the budget deficit. In simple terms, a budget deficit is the difference between what the federal government spends (called outlays) and what it takes in (called revenue or receipts). The national debt, also known as the public debt, is the result of the federal government borrowing money to cover years and years of budget deficits.

Why would anyone expect that to be under control after Trump only being president for such a short time?
And, he's surrounded by backstabbing so called republicans and the hate filled democrats.
It'll all get worse before it is even possible that it'll get better.

In terms of the deficit - it was way down from where it started under Obama when trump took over. Just a fact.

It seems this issue has garnered lots of debates, with much flip flopping depending on who needs to pass a budget....
