Handlebars.

I bought my Savage with Buffalo style bars on it.  They are a T bar style with the risers all one part of the handlebar assembly.  They are a 7" rise overall. The bike was laid down and the handlebars took the brunt of the injury.  I cannot for the life of me find the same handlebars to fit and no parts places can either.  Everywhere I look, handlebars are 3.5" on center bolts and mine seem to measure wider.

Anyone have any ideas?  Is it possible that the top tree was changed out to accommodate a wider setup? Are stock bolts wider than 3.5"?

I'll also need some advice on grips as well.  Not looking to break the bank and hopefully I can find something on Amazon. (Grips, throttle sleeve, throttle cam setup)

This is driving me crazy and I'm dying to get that bike back on the road!

Check the ads in The Market Place , there is always someone selling take off parts from their bobber builds or try eBay. Keep after it and you'll find what you need.

The stock spacing is close to 4", 3.5" spacing is HD's.

You need risers that are separate or made for our bike.

Tall risers and a wide drag bar would be a close match for what you had.

Anyone know the size of the bolt for the risers?
