Yes, those are indeed the facts. The facts are that that neighborhood had been plagued by robberies. Further, he was involved in a struggle first, and was then shot. He left the bar at about 1:45, but wasn't shot until about 4 am.

There's no proof it was "a hit". That whole story was made up by the russians and it duped fox "news".

Pretty straight forward.

They could have said - "may have been killed in a drug deal gone wrong"
They could have said - "may have been killed in a fist fight that escalated to a shooting"

They could have said a lot of things.

But you know what they didn't say? "may have been killed at the hands of Hillary".

Know what else they didn't say? "may have been killed because of leaked information"

But hey, the righties eat up conspiracies like I eat up BBQ brisket! LOL
