I had a Memphis slims 21 inch shield on my Savage ,way back ,just  went with a decent  "hat" instead.

I checked, They do not list any shield for the 2015 s40, but it may work. If anyone can confirm they fit, I will buy one. I called but all lines were busy. Will try again!

I think the price you see on their site  is for the shield alone, mounting hardware is extra , ( about 1/3 more)

I bought/installed a National Cycles Ranger Heavy Duty windshield with National's recommended mounting kit and it's perfect on my S40. Height is somewhat adjustable and it's a straightforward installation. Cost new from NC was approx $315. It's polycarb and coated. I'm very happy with mine because now all the wind noise is at a minimum and it's low enough to see over.

momule, Do you have a model # for that s40 windshield you recommended.
There website does NOT list anything for the s40.

Bought and installed a Givi A260 and I am very happy with the improvement.
My Savager shield that came with the bike I will sell for only $50 in like new condition. Anyone interested?
