Supreme Court throws out murder conviction of black inmate as Kavanaugh, Gorsuch split again

"The numbers speak loudly," Kavanaugh said in a summary of his opinion that he read in the courtroom, noting that Evans had removed 41 of the 42 prospective black jurors over the six trials. "We cannot ignore that history."

SIX trials....WHAT, that really is disturbing, why did it take six, because the prosecution took that many attempts to seat the jury it wanted?

I think that is the gist of this, WOW!

But to say "peer" means Blacks are entitled to an ALL/MOSTLY/MAJORITY  of like on the panel means then so is a White person who is being charged with a hate crime committed against a Black person, or straight christian white men who is being charged not baking a cake, a man who is being charged with sexual harassment, all men, etc...

But on the other hand, to say race does not enter into the equation is a lie too.....and IS something that needs to be considered, it just does, as a matter of historical fact.

What a tough situation, goodness.
