Clearly it is, (NOW), the fault of the knife !

Pretty much everyone I talk to doesn't think you will stop murders by removing weapons, instead you will change the weapon type.

No guns, then knives.

No knives, bats.

No bats, explosives.

No household chemicals, nail files.

No nail files, bananas.

Fruit ban, rocks.

In the end it takes more work to kill someone with a banana than with an AR-15. You can't kill a bunch of people from a hotel room with a bucket of rocks.

Murder isn't the issue as much as the capacity to murder efficiently.

Goal: Reduce Murders.
Solution 1: Remove the things that can cause Murder, and punish all people that own, have, use, etc those things.
Solution 2: Punish the person/s, that used those things wrongly.
